Terms and Conditions
By using this website and booking services with BellOmar Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking and Cancellations/No shows:
- Appointments must be booked via our official platform.
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
- We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in a late cancellation fee of 50% of the single treatment cost. This policy helps us manage our schedule and provide care to other clients. Thank you for your understanding.
-No-show: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will result in being charged the full service fee.
2. Lateness:
We ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive the full duration of your treatment. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled time, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying other clients.
If your appointment is shortened due to lateness, the full service fee will still apply, and results may be compromised due to reduced treatment time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late and rescheduling is required, it may be considered a late cancellation and will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the single treatment cost or forfeiture of a prepaid session. This policy helps us manage our schedule and provide care to other clients. Thank you for your understanding.
3. Consultation:
A £50 booking fee is required to secure your consultation appointment. This fee is fully refundable upon attendance or can be redeemed against the cost of any treatment you choose to proceed with. Please note, cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment, more than 15 minutes late of the scheduled appointment or failure to attend will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
4. Treatments:
- All treatments are ONLY carried out following a full consultation and medical screening.
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is unsafe or inappropriate for any reason.
5. Results and Expectations:
- Results vary by individual. No guarantee is made regarding specific treatment outcomes.
- Aftercare must be followed as advised to support optimal results.
6. Payments and Refunds:
- All payments made for aesthetic treatments, services, and products are non-refundable. Results of treatments may vary from person to person, and while we strive to achieve optimal outcomes, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered based on dissatisfaction with results.
-Prepaid packages or treatments are non-transferable and non-refundable once treatment has begun.
-Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds or waivers may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and are granted at the discretion of management.
7. Age requirement:
All clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive any treatment. Proof of age may be requested prior to your appointment. We are unable to provide treatments to anyone under the age of 18, even with parental consent.
8. Intellectual Property:
- All content on this website is the property of BellOmar Aesthetics and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
9. Liability:
- While we strive to provide safe and professional services, BellOmar Aesthetics is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to disclose medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare advice.
10. Changes to These Terms:
- We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website implies agreement with the latest version.
