2. What to Include in Your Complaint:

- The outcome you are hoping for (if applicable)

3. How We Handle Complaints:

- You will receive an acknowledgment within 2 working days of submitting your complaint.
- We aim to fully investigate and respond within 10 working days. If more time is needed, we will keep you updated.
- All complaints are treated with confidentiality and impartiality.
- We may invite you for a follow-up discussion or appointment to resolve the issue amicably.

4. Escalating a Complaint:

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to an external body depending on the nature of the issue:

For non-medic aesthetic services:
 
- The Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP) (if applicable) 
- The Trading Standards or Citizens Advice Consumer Service for consumer rights support

5. Continuous Improvement:
